Career change – finding your talents and other topics of your interest

Are you looking for a new job - complete career change? Here are some tips that could bring a fresh air into the search.... If you have been looking for a job for some time, keep your motivation high, either alone or with a career coach. It will help you to keep your focus and you will see more opportunities around you. Talking to people always helps, as well as really believing that you will find a new job. Be aware of your unconscious beliefs that may be contrary to your desires. It’s important to work on your career SWOT analysis. Start looking now, today because there will never be a better moment, you will never have all you want to have. Start with small steps, day by day. Good luck with your search! Working with Martina was a self-discovering experience, as she helped me realise things that most of the times were lying in front of my eyes. Being myself a quite energetic person and goal orientated individual, I found great help through our sessions, as I managed to get faster and closer to my goals with more efficiency and no hesitance. Martina pushed me hard and challenged my beliefs in every session, which put me in a position that I [...]

It didn’t work out as planned and I decided to end it in 2013. Later on, I decided to get employed again. 13 years later, I am in the same situation – I quit my last job in October 2023 and since then I have been opening new doors – offering constellation workshops and individual constellation sessions, reiki sessions, and career coaching… and I’m open to what else is waiting for me. Therefore, when the situation at the last job changed bringing me again a lesson from 2020 because I didn’t learn it, I knew that it was a sign to do something with my life, to be truthful to myself … and I jumped again, correcting the other lesson from 2020 at the same time. It looks like I am in the same situation of 2010 but I am NOT. I am not the same person, I have worked on myself a lot over those years, I have much more work experience, I have learned from all that didn’t work that time and I have gone [...]
